However, often our pets require ingredients not found in human grade foods but our necessary for their health. To ensure your pets best nutrition we add only research-proven ingredients that are of “FOOD ANIMAL FEED GRADE”.

We NEVER use any ingredients that are so called “PET FOOD GRADE” as these types of materials are inferior and have no place in any holistic natural pet supplement.

We make our pet supplement products in small batches in our own human food grade production facility. Before we moved into our production facility, it was previously used to make fresh pasta and fresh pasta sauces.

We how know how important it is for us and pet owners to know exactly who made the ingredients, where they were made, and how they were stored and produced. At Welly, we make our own products, in our own facility, and never outsource our production or packaging so we can guarantee freshness, safety, and the quality of every product.

As with most natural health products, it may take 3 – 4 weeks before notable results are observed. If you are not completely satisfied, please save the unused portion and the packaging and return it to the place of purchase with a purchase receipt for a full refund.

If you have purchased our product at retail or online and are NOT 100% satisfied with the response of your pet after 3 – 4 weeks of using the product as per label instruction, please just return the product with proof of purchase for a full refund.
