ONE POT MEAL PREPARATION:
Dice or cut meat into strips. Put meat into a pot with enough water to cover well. Simmer on low heat for 6-8 minutes. After meat is cooked, add cold water. Do not add HILARY'S BLEND JUST ADD MEAT™ to hot water. HILARY'S BLEND JUST ADD MEAT contains vitamins that may be damaged by heat. When meat is cooled, mix HILARY'S BLEND JUST ADD MEAT into the water with the meat. Serve or refrigerate for up to 2-3 days.
